He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Irene Loftin Barrow and Luther Marvin Barrow; and his brother L. M. Barrow. He is survived by: his wife Linda Barrow of Port Neches; his children, Monte Barrow (Amber) of Nederland, Tammy Monk (Troy) of Mont Belvieu and Keith Barrow (Heather) of Nederland; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Seth, Brayden, Pierce, Brenden, Payne, Reeve, Brek and Holt; his great grandchild Kellen; and his sister Sharon Tatum (Steve) of Lumberton.
