We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 79, Robert E. Biker Bob Collins Jr. of Port Neches, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecille Anne Doggett Collins and Robert E. Collins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean "Dot" Collins of Port Neches; his daughter Tracy (Randy); his sisters, Judy Vaughn (Andy) of Georgetown and Janice Buckley (Ron) of San Antonio, Texas; and his granddaughters, Taylor and Reese.

In Lieu of flowers "Memorial Contributions" can be made to any Veteran Charities such as the following Organizations: Disabled American Veterans, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Homes For Our Troops, Operation First Response, Disabled Veterans National Foundation, Soldiers' Angels, Military Warriors Support Foundation, the Wounded Warrior Project or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
