He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Boulet and Bella Roy Boulet; his wife Nita Mae Boulet; and his nephew Neil Boulet. He is survived by: his children, Renee Monceaux (Jeff) of Groves and Ronnie Boulet (Kathleen) of Hobe Sound; his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Brody Monceaux, Krissy Fountain, Mary Fountain, Gary Fountain, Katy DeBerry and Kathy Kurtzner; his great grandchildren, Sutton Smith and Elijah Monceaux; his siblings, Macel Duhon of Scott, LA., Curlis Boulet of Rayne, LA. and V. J. Boulet (Veronica) of Lafayette, LA.; and also Serena Morrello.
Due to Coronavirus-19 and the limited number of people at a gathering, the family will have a Private graveside service under the direction of Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves.
