He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his children, Selena (Russell Rowe) and Kyle (Tammy Einkauf); his grandchildren, Alex Rowe, Kylie Einkauf (Jacob Sanford), Hunter Einkauf (Rawan Moussa), Fischer Einkauf and Katarina Einkauf; and his great grandchild Camilla Einkauf.
