She was predeceased by: her fathers, Perry Jean Gathright (Goodwin) and Paul Davis Gathright. She is survived by: her husband Billy E. Nelson of Port Neches, Texas; her sons, Nate Nelson (Anna) of Dana Point, California and Samuel Nelson (Sarah) of Port Neches, Texas; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Nelson, Noah Nelson, Spencer Nelson, Harper Nelson, Isla Nelson, Paul Davis Nelson and Oliver Nelson; and her sister Cynthia Gathright.
