He is survived by: his brother Brent Roy (Myrna); his sister-in-law Donna Roy; his nieces, Britney Roy Lyon (James), Kristen Roy Wheeler (Scott) and Khandi Seago (Colby); his nephew Zachary Roy (Erika); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Cumpian, Mackenzie Torres, Micah Lyon, Ella Roy, Alaina Wheeler, Evan Wheeler, Raylee Seago and Cooper Seago.
