He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bellotti, Sr. and Lena Antonelli Bellotti; his wife Darline; his son Carl Bellotti III; and his great grandchild Joe Pyburn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri of Castle Rock, CO and Terri of Beaumont, TX; his grandchildren, Ryan (Amy), Morgan (Matthew), Kristen, Allison and Brent (Ashlyn); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Jude, Mia and Maren.
