With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Waller (Port Neches, Texas), born in Fresno, California, who passed away on October 26, 2018 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, A. J. Jake Waller, Sr., Ethal Teressa Beaube, Billy Joe Kerr and Ema Lou Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Waller of Port Neches; his daughters, Miranda Harmon (Caleb) of Nederland and Alanna LeBlanc (Dylan) of Groves; his grandchildren, Avery Harmon, Adilynn Harmon, Connor LeBlanc and Stella LeBlanc; his father A. J. Jake Waller, Jr.; his stepmother Connie D; his sisters, Renee Hoffman (Scott) of Port Neches and Sarena Waller of Port Neches; and his godson Brance Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
