He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Burleson Tatum, Sr. and Corrine Bell Anderson Tatum; and his brother Bill Tatum. He is survived by: his children, Kaye Dail, Jana Buchanan, Amy Tatum Stahler (Blaine Elder) and Doyle Weathington; his siblings, Judy Sauls (Bill) and Don Tatum; his sister-in-law Brenda Tatum; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Davis, Chelsea Smith (Josh Green), Amanda Buchanan, Christina Buchanan (Brian Wells) and Kayela Parker Stahler (Tyler Stahler). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
