He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Guidry and Olivia Boudreaux Guidry; his wife Annie Guidry of Port Neches; his children, Carolyn Sue Spooner (Mark) of Canyon Lake, TX, Peggy Swafford (Mike) of Port Neches, TX, Debbie Bryant (Greg) of Canyon Lake, TX and Alvin "Bubbie" Guidry (Carol) of Port Neches, TX; his grandchildren, Erich Paul Guidry, Sommer Lester (Michael), Brady Guidry, Sunshine Burke (Brad), Casey Swafford (Melissa) and Chelsi Carter (Bryson); and his great grandchildren, Lexington Lester, Layla Habash, Julian Habash, Katelynn Swafford, Drew Swafford, Johnny Swafford, Britton Carter and Madden Carter.
