He is survived by: his wife Sherry Spivey Melton of Port Neches; his children, Don Melton (Donna) of Bridge City, Elizabeth Martin of Vidor and Susan Tibbits (Doug) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Chris Melton, Brandon Tibbits (Rachael), Kailey Tibbits and Katie Tibbits; and his great grandchildren, Madyson Melton, Mallorie Melton, Ryden Tibbits, Brantley Tibbits and Dustin Melton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
