He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace A. Whitley and Mabel Loraine Whitley (Perdew). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Whitley; his daughters, Pamela Joy Whitley and Patricia Whitley Buchen; and his brother Fred Allen Whitley. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
