He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Ann Williams; his parents, David Williams and Mary Williams; his son Daniel Vaughn Williams; and his siblings, J. D. Williams (Juanita), David Williams (Ruby), Stephen Williams (Donna Sue), Louis Clifton Williams (Johnnye Joy) and Marjory Blanch Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nita Perez (Raymond) and Joni Troutman; his sister Geraldine Wilson; his sisters-in-law, Juanita Williams, Ruby Williams and Johnnye Joy Williams; his brother Donald Williams (Florence); his grandchildren, Jeremy Williams (Roxy), Brandon Williams (Yoshuka), Byron Perez, Celisse Sundance (Michael), Brad Troutman (Shelly), Erika Mahan and Jason Perez; his great grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Gabrielle Williams, Jorden Mahan, Daydre Mahan, Brayden Perez, Aaliyah Williams, Chloe Troutman, Brantley Troutman, Jerryn Williams and Raelyn Troutman; and his great great grandchildren, Tayleigh Mahan, Matthew Ramos, Mason Ramos and Mia Ramos. He is also survived by mom and Daniel, as well as his siblings and his parents.
