He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Manning, Jr. and Joyce Swenson Manning; and his brother Philip "Rick" Manning. He is survived by: his wife Kristi D. Manning; his son Mark Thomas Manning (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Hope and Oliver Thomas; his daughter Barbara Ann Manning Aguilar (Tony); his grandchildren, Maddie, Sadie and Olivia; his children, Kirby Charles Martin, IV (Jennifer Ann) and Somer Nicole Martin; his grandson Marcus Martin (Jennifer); his sisters, Brenda Manning Harlan (Jim) and Cheryl Manning Taylor (Butch); and his sister-in-law Denise Manning. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to COVID 19, the memorial service will be private.
