He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bernard and Jewell Strait Hargrove; his wife Nelda Finster Hargrove; his son Thomas Bernard Hargrove III; and his brother Rodney Allen Hargrove.
He is survived by: his daughter Nelda Irene; his son-in-law James Isenberger; his grandchildren, Christopher James Isenberger (Kelly), Cory Thomas Isenberger (Shannon) and Amber Jones; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Grace Isenberger, Morgan Anabelle Isenberger, Noah Gage Isenberger, Kai Jacob Isenberger and Ella Grace Isenberger.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given in his honor to the American Cancer Society.
