She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Leal and Ester Leal; her husband Jesus Cantu Mendoza; and her siblings, Guadalupe Leal, Concepcion Galindo, Felix Leal, Abran Leal, Santos Leal and Pedro Leal.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Ryan Mendoza, Thomas Edward Guerra, Ian Patrick Soto-Mendoza, Chon Christopher Rosa, Daylan James Rouen, Gilbert Enrique Olivares and Michael Mendoza; her children, Ray Mendoza (Rosemary), Jesse Ernest Mendoza (Sylvia), Delfie Guerra (Tomas), Diana Mendoza and Dalia Mendoza; her grandchildren, Yvette Rouen (Jim), Jessica Mezera (Jay), Gilbert Olivarez (Hillary), Kimberly Andress, DeyAnita Caroll (Sean), Byanka Rosa (Chon), Ian Patrick Mendoza-Soto and Sonia Mendoza (Dwayne); and her siblings, Edwardo Leal, Antonio Leal, Tomasa Lara, Petra Duenez, Ester Gonzalez, Librada Ramirez, Estefana Reyna, Isabel Ornelas and MaryJane Leal.
