She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Jordan and Katie Garrett Jordan; and her husband Edwin "Sonny" Simons. She is survived by: her children, Martha Jenkins (Joe), Donna Baker (Mike), Laval Simons and Darrell Simons (Dale). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Susie's name to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
