He is survived by: his wife Dora Hysquierdo Hernandez; his children, Mary Almendarez, Patricia Amejorado, Nora Diaz, Melissa Ramirez and Randy Hernandez; and his siblings, Eva Ramirez and Joe Lugo. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
