She was predeceased by: her parents, Mateo Perez, Sr. and Beatrice Delgado Perez. She is survived by: her significant other Andy Zamudio; and her daughters, Beatrice Chavez (Aucencio), Percillia Perez (Raymond Lugo), Rosa Linda Parker (Willet), Ramona Garza (Mark) and Felicia Garza (Chris). She is also survived by 3 sisters; 8 brothers; 18 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
