He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullenix and Ada Mullenix. He is survived by: his wife Billie Ann Mullenix (Geer); and his children, Deanna Rodriguez and Duane Mullenix, Jr.. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
