He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hubert Ramsey and June Marie Ramsey (Smith); his wife Helen (Powers); and his siblings, Juanita, Betty, Don, Chuck and Wanda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Richla Kay Ramsey (Sanjay) of Redmond and Jolinda Ramsey of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Sonia Viola Kaur Sidhu and Maia Kaur Sidhu; and his sister Leah Ramsey Malard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
