He was predeceased by: his siblings, Judy Franco and Ronnie Benes. He is survived by: his parents, Laddie B. Benes and Grace Benes; his niece Carrie Blanton (Craig); his nephews, John Benes and Steven Franco (Angie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda Nations (Patrick), Hayley Blanton, Tyler Blanton and Bryce Blanton; and his sister-in-law Judy Benes.
