He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith; his sons, Josh Smith and Beau Smith; his brother Lester "Curtis" Smith (Connie); and his nieces, Julie, Christy, Emily and Amy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and 11 great nieces and nephews.
