She was predeceased by: her father Stephen Randall Smith; her stepfather Jack Mesick; and her grandparents, Howard, Lanell Smith, Bob and Ann Vickery.
She is survived by: her mother Nancy Ann Vickery Smith; her children, Breane Whitney (Daigon Caraway), Brandon Whitney and Robert Cummings; and her husband Jacob Whitney.
