She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Velasquez and Conception Farias Perez Velasquez; her siblings, Celia Hernandez, Pauline Perez Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Knieves Perez, Mary Perez Mendez, Susie Martinez, Mary Helen Rodriguez, Margarita Hinojosa and Fidel Juan Perez; and her stepbrothers, Abel Velasquez, Amos Velasquez and Lil Joe Velasquez.

She is survived by: her sons, Johnny F. Perez, Sr. (Frances Gutierrez), Joe Richard Perez (Dianna) and Eutiquio Perez, Jr.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
