She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Kahanek and Mary Kahanek; her husband Frank; her sisters, Ida Kobza and Stella Staha; her son Allan Machicek; and her grandson Scott Machicek.

She is survived by: her sons, Franklin (Dana), Dennis (Kelly) and Dwayne Machicek (Laurie); her daughter-in-law Susan Crump; her grandchildren, Alison Sterling (John), Clint, Adam, Brian, Keith, Dustin, Kristen Machicek and Brandi Priddy (Glen); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Shelby, Paiton and Tanner.
