With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lupita Resendez of Port Lavaca, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lupe Resendez and Angelita Velez Resendez; her son Juan Medina; and her grandchildren, Lupe Garcia and Stephanie Pompa.

She is survived by: her children, Helen Lopez (Sabino), Linda Medina, Maclovia Morales (Felix), Maria Maya (Pedro), Andy Pompa Sr. (Nancy), Tim Pompa, Mary Morales (Alex), Adan Castaneda (Michelle) and Patsy Resendez (Justin). She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren, seventy-four great-grandchildren, thirty-one great great-grandchildren, and numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
