He is survived by: his wife Debra Flores; his daughters, Roxanne Boultinghouse (Jim), Angela Ledesma (Xavier) and Valerie Requenez; his stepchildren, Amanda Horrocks (Brandon) and Joshua Christenberry (Claudine); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Hayden, Daniel, Kaden, Ava, Kaylee, Evan, Jasmine, Carsten of Tatum, J. D., Savanah, Chandler and Deacon.
