She was predeceased by: her children, Diana Balboa, Alexander Balboa and Alfred Balboa; her siblings, Lola Sanchez, Felipa Stout, Rita Goslin and Henry Lerma; and her parents, Joaquín Lerma and Tomasa Elizondo.
She is survived by: her children, Delphine Balboa Figueroa (Rene) and Rene Balboa (James); her siblings, Cecilia DeCassan (Gino), Joe Lerma (Anne), Joaquín Lerma, Jimmy Lerma and Sammy Lerma; her grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor, Jimmy Maseda and Adan Figueroa; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Maseda, Jared Maseda, Marshall Maseda, Lily Taylor, Olivia Taylor and Emma Taylor.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the VFW Hall (415 W Austin St, Port Lavaca, TX 77979). A rosary was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the same location.
