He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holub and Alma Holub; his children, Regina Holub and Lester Steven Holub; his stepson Kenneth Hundl; his brother Larry Holub; and his daughter-in-law Phyllis Hundl.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Holub; his daughter Sandra Wusterhausen (Stewart) of Rosenburg; his stepchildren, Anna Lawler (Bob) of Port Lavaca, Ray Hundl (Denise) of Missouri City, James Hundl of Rosenburg and Eugene Hundl of Orchard; his grandchildren, Korie Garza, Gabriel Garza, Angela Hundl, Jennifer St. Romain (Jonathan), Susan De La Garza, Jason Pahmiyer, Payton Hundl and James W. Hundl; and his great grandchildren, Trent and Gavin De La Garza.
