He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Smith and Ida Mae Smith; and his wife Kathy Wooldridge. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Smith of Romance, AR, Kevin (Karen) of Cabot, AR, Shawn (Janet) of Grand Blanc, MI and Brad (Pam) of Midland, TX; his sister Joy Stockwell of Ardmore, OK; and his grandchildren, Dustin Smith, Miranda Sweeney, Ashley Hearn, Allison Lewis, Andy Smith, Brandon Smith, Payton Smith, Ashton Smith, AJ Smith, Abigail Smith and Gabriel Smith. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
