He is survived by: his parents, Rudy Rios and Quilina Barelas (Daniel Perez); his brother Kayden; his grandparents, Apolonio Sr., Gloria Rios and Marcela Garcia (Michael); his siblings, Maylen Perez, Kaleb Barelas, Richard Duran, Jayden Barelas and Zachary Henson; his godparents, Rudy and Christy Morales; his sister Ciyera Morales; his girlfriend Evelyn Juarez; and his daughter Kaliyah Rodriguez.
Memorials may be given to St. Patrick Catholic Church in Seadrift.
