He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koliba Sr. and Mary Hartl Koliba; and his granddaughter Katie Koliba. He is survived by: his children, Robin Harkey (Justin), Brian Koliba (Jennifer), Russell Koliba (Tiffany) and Kurt Koliba (Laura); his siblings, Ellen Kirby, Joyce Wheeler (Sonny), Cynthia "Cookie" Koliba and Bob Koliba (Barbara); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Caleb, Mason, McKenzie, Travis, Dylan, Madylin Koliba, Morgan and Levi Harkey.
