It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Allen Harlan of Port Lavaca, Texas, born in Victoria, Texas, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert Reagan Harlan; and his grandparents, Leith and Rena Bales. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Harlan; his sons, Lance Harlan (Kandee) and Kevin Harlan (Keri); his siblings, Billy Harlan (Virgie) and Debbie Frazier (James); his grandchildren, Trenton, Kolton, Kade Harlan, Kristopher McGrew (Shelby) and Hannah Harlan; and his great grandchild Declan McGrew.
