He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Evins, and Irene Grantland Evins, Sr.; and his brother Raymond Evins, Jr. (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Gail Sessions Evins; his daughters, Diane Butcher (Rick), Barbara Browning (Bryan) and Carol Thornton (Charles); and his grandchildren, Landon Ausley, Caroline Ausley, Nathan Weir, Slade Weir, Abby Ledford and Makenzie Thornton. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
