Yanes Sr. of Port Lavaca, Texas, born in Markham, Texas, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Yanes and Margarita Suniga Yanes; his sisters, Mary Lou Vega, Irene Benavidez and Lucy Cano; and his daughter Senovia Lenore Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Dominga Yanes; his children, Judy Pena (Tony), Consuelo Perez (Merced), Norma Hernandez, Karen Williams (Keith), Gilbert R. Yanes and Christopher Yanes; and his siblings, Margaret Nunez, Gloria Sanchez, Joanne Linden, Linda Villagran, Joe Yanes, Victor Yanes and Joe Morales. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
