With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florian Koliba of Port Lavaca, Texas, born in Gonzales, Texas, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koliba Sr. and Mary Hartl Koliba; his brother Joe Koliba Jr.; and his stepson Greg Winebaugh. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koliba; his children, Kristie Hiller (James) and Stephen Koliba (Patty); his stepson Steven Winebaugh (Paula); his sisters, Ellen Kirby, Joyce Wheeler (Sonny) and Cynthia "Cookie" Koliba; his grandchildren, Brittney Stricklin, Matthew Koliba and Jonathan Koliba; his stepgrandchildren, Cody Winebaugh, Brody Winebaugh (Kelsey), Blaine Love (Deanna) and Jennifer Love; his great grandchildren, Landen Stricklin, Briley Stricklin and Lane Ruddick; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ava, Ashe, Dylan, RaeLynn, Nova Winebaugh and Bella Love.
