She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McCune and Mabel Grady McCune; her son Jeremy Behrens; and her siblings, Evelyn St, Claire, Hilda Brown, Charlotte Walton and James McCune.
She is survived by: her husband Willis B. Behrens; her sons, Joel Matthew Behrens and John Thomas Behrens (Joan); her siblings, Elizabeth Bennett, Nina Britts, Patricia Firestone and Thomas McCune; her grandchildren, Matthew Behrens, Mark Behrens (Victoria), Morgan Gearing, Holly Rader (Evan) and Brooke Hochgraber (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Braxton Hochgraber, Lane Behrens, Kynlee Behrens, Brendalyn Hochgraber and Levi Rader.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home (123 Newlin St, Port Lavaca, TX 77979). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Point Comfort Methodist Church (92 Wood St, Point Comfort, TX 77978).
