He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Emery and Julia Emery; his grandchildren, Tasha and Randy Ybarra; and his siblings, Jerome Emery, Sylvester Emery, Christopher Emery and Anna Lafferty.
He is survived by: his significant other Judith Ann Blasingim Emery; and his children, Delnor Emery (Sherry) of Davis, OK, Jalyn Emery (Melissa) of Port Lavaca, TX., Juanita Baker (Jim) of O'Fallon, MO, Judy Rodriguez of Port Lavaca, TX, Luwayna Wilson (Dawayne) of Port Lavaca, TX and Peggy Jasso Of Port (Eric Morgan). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
