With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Bryan Hoover Jr. of Port Lavaca, Texas, who passed away on February 9, 2024 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald, Jimmie Pond, Charlie, Helen Svatek, Armond Jr. and Betty Sue Hoover.

He is survived by: his father David Hoover, Sr. (Janet Hoover); his wife Lacey Crober Hoover; his daughters, Shayna Danae, Aubrey Ann and Briley Ranell Hoover; his siblings, Trey Hoover (Candacy), Chris Svatek (Kaitlin) and Raeven Lehmann (Eric); his stepsister Jamie Nevin (Daniel); his parents-in-law, Vickie, Greg Dorsett, Monroe and Julie Crober; his siblings-in-law, Calla Spencer (Devin), Alyssa Crober, Camree Crober, Chloe Crober, Daniel Gonzales (Lauren), Eric Gonzales, Shera and Trey Crober; his godfather Carlile Pond; and his stepmother Rita Pond Svatek (DaleMother). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
