It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Consuelo B. Falcon of Port Lavaca, Texas, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Emerardo A. Falcon; her children, Maria and Jaime Falcon; her grandson Juan Jose "Jay" Perez; her parents, Miguel Benavides and Paula Benavides; her siblings, Fina Garza, Minerva Benavides and Miguel Benavides, Jr.; and her son-in-law Ronnie Lankford.

She is survived by: her children, Jesse Falcon (Mercedes), Greg Falcon (Chris), Lupe Aguirre (Edward), Emerardo Falcon (Mary), Andy Falcon (Donna), Sylvia Fortenberry (Robin) and Libby Grigsby (Doug); her siblings, Jesus Benavides, Santa Leal, Lilia Hernandez, Francisca Gonzales and Marianela Alvarez; and her sisters-in-law, Isabel Gonzales and Arcelia Falcon. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
