She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Ray Smalley and Mamie Stella Levingston Smalley; her former husband Dugan Goodrich; and her siblings, Edith, Emerald, Johnny Smalley and Floyd Smalley.

She is survived by: her husband Ellis Bradford Goodrich (Dugan); her son Michael Brad Smalley; her grandsons, Teagen Bowen, Nathan Weir and Slade Weir; her brother Freeman Smalley; and her siblings-in-law, Laura Ann Smalley and Tony Dibello. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
