He was predeceased by: his parents, Calletano Cisneros and Sarah Fernandez; his wife Janie Campos; his son Sabastian Cisneros; and his siblings, Eva Mendoza, Amelia Garcia, Larry Rodriguez, Tommy Joe Rodriguez and Robert Hyturria.
He is survived by: his significant other Ramona Arzate; his daughters, Lisa Rickman and Esperanza Hernandez (Carlos); and his siblings, Rosemary Rodriguez, Fernando Cisneros and Silver Fernandez. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
