With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Startz (Port Lavaca, Texas), who passed away on July 12, 2018 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Melba Fay Startz; his son William Joseph Christopher Startz; and his nephew Christopher Joseph Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Gwendolyn Ostler (Startz) of Cuero and Jessica Woods (Henry) of Cuero; his sisters, Tanna Koopman (Ricky) of Port Lavaca, Tammy Dables (Bitsy) of South Carolina and Michael Startz of South Carolina; his friend Sheila Gann; and also Sandra Edgar (Startz). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and nephews.
