He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Joseph Dworaczyk and Veronica Pawlik Dworaczyk; his siblings, James Dworaczyk, Bernadine Alexander and Charlotte Sartor; and his son Brent Alston Dworaczyk.

He is survived by: his son-in-law Joseph Nunley; his wife Jimmie Joyce Dworaczyk; his siblings, Archie Dworaczyk (Pat), John "Frankie" Dworaczyk (Jane), Marty Dworaczyk (Brenda), Helen Thomas, Veronica Henderson and Barbara Vivian (Tom); and his children, Wayne Bernard Dworaczyk (Deborah), James Randal Dworaczyk (Sonya), Lisa Gail Dworaczyk, Candace Nunley (Joseph), Dawn Bubenik (Michael) and Darlyn Rieger (Brian). He is also survived by six children, their spouses, eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
