She was predeceased by: her parents, Erhardt Johs and Elizabeth Johs; her children, Larry Schuelke and Barbara Woods (Schuelke-Jackson); and her brothers, John, Joe, Tony, Erich, Albert, Henry and Frank Johs.
She is survived by: her former husband Leonard Schuelke; her husband Wesley Vernon Wright; her daughter Verna Kay Brown (Leslie); her grandchildren, Stacy, Wendy Schuelke, Jennifer Herrera, Keith Brown, Kristi Campbell (John) and Tyler Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Justine, Joshua Herrera (Shelby), Nicole, Brice, Blake Brown, Caroline and Julia Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Palacios First Methodist Church (PO Box 947, Palacios, TX 77465) or Point Comfort Methodist Church (PO Box 787, Point Comfort, TX 77978).
