We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025, at the age of 99, Mary Jean Austin (Port Isabel, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ribarich and Marie Ribarich; her husband John Henry Austin; her siblings, Anne (Rudy), Johnny and Rudy; her sister-in-law Marylee Lind (Harry); and her friend Rachel Rocha.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Marie Ware (Hank) and Bryan Joseph Austin; and her grandchildren, Molly Marie Ware (John) and Shane Henry Ware. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Episcopal Church (1022 N Yturria St, Port Isabel, TX 78578). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
