She is survived by: her siblings, Juan Fernandez, Jr., Jose Fernandez and Margarita Fernandez; her goddaughter Johvonne H. Howard; her nephew-in-law Ken Jensen; her great-nephew Sean Howard; and also, Jayda and D'Anthony Howard. She is also survived by several great-nieces and great nephews; and a very special great niece.
