She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Ann Garza (Manuel Mier); her siblings, Joseph Salcedo (Mary) and Teresa Salcedo Alcantara; her grandchildren, Vanessa Jo Castillo, Alejandro Manuel Mier (Irene Monique) and David Mier (Krisia Vallejo Mier); and her great grandchildren, Nicolas Giovanni Solis "Nico" and Syla Monique Mier.
