He is survived by: his niece Kalei; his wife Carlette Ann Boudreaux; his daughters, Virginia Lynn Hebert, Cathy Ann Hebert and Dawn Marie Elizabeth Hebert; his grandchildren, Adam James Hebert, Justin Jay Falcon, Tabitha Ann Falcon (Juan Santos), Anastasia Nicole Falcon, Shayna Lynn Puerto, Destiny Faith Hebert (William Greeley) and Skylar Loupe; and his great grandchildren, Analeah Santos, Jay Santos and Paris Lee Ann Greeley.
